This machine is specifically designed for measuring the draw resistance of HNB electronic cigarettes and can test two products simultaneously. It features a PLC touch screen.
Control, add safety light curtains to enhance operational safety. High-precision dividers drive the workstations to rotate, and side cylinders perform charging tests.
During the test, use the belt module for automatic feeding. Place the defective products in the defective product box for subsequent manual retesting. If the retest is OK, it is considered qualified.
The products are placed on the good product conveyor belt and flow into the conveyor line that connects with the customer.
