Product Overview 

This device is specifically designed for measuring the performance of finished electronic cigarettes and is widely used in the field of quality control and inspection of electronic cigarette production. It operates based on the principle of simulating manual inhalation with a piston. Specifically, when the tester's piston simulates manual inhalation of the electronic cigarette and draws in a fixed flow rate (for example, 17.5 ml/s) of air into the electronic cigarette, a certain vacuum pressure, or inhalation resistance, is generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette. The tester measures this pressure in real time, which is the real-time inhalation resistance, and during this testing process, it also records the smoke concentration, smoke temperature, and surface temperature of the electronic cigarette. Through this method, the performance of the electronic cigarette can be accurately evaluated. 

Product Functions and Features 

1.It can test real-time suction resistance, smoke concentration, and constant pressure suction resistance, and can also draw real-time smoking speed curves, real-time suction resistance curves, and smoke concentration curves. 

2.It can draw the real-time curves of flue gas temperature, surface temperature 1, surface temperature 2, surface temperature 3 and surface temperature 4. 

3. The trapezoidal wave suction or sinusoidal wave suction mode can be selected. 

4. You can choose between cyclic test mode and single test mode. 

5. The judgment parameters can be set to determine whether the resistance or smoke of each test is qualified. 

6. It has the functions of storing and exporting test data, and can generate and export test data and charts for query, facilitating customers to analyze the performance of the tested electronic cigarettes. 

7. Each test station is equipped with a USB charging port to provide power for the product.
