DR-3000ZS dual objective touch screen digital automatic brick tower Brinell hardness tester, the software system adopts computer intelligent programming, uses photoelectric sensing technology, through the independent selection of test conditions, on the 8-inch touch multi-functional display screen can display the test method, upper and lower limit range, measure the indentation length value, hardness value, conversion value, test force, holding time, measurement times, and can input the date, test results and data processing, etc., and can output the measurement data through the built-in printer or connect to the computer through the data interface. The optical system adopts high magnification LED optical objective, the image brightness is adjustable, and it is not easy to be fatigued after long-term operation. The hardware system adopts electronic sensor loading technology, through the closed-loop control system, the system controls the sensor to collect signals, and the high-speed stepping motor automatically loads and unloads the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force.
Main functions and features:
1.It is equipped with 11 levels of test force, allowing for a wider range of tests.
2. Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece and a data calculation system, simply press a button to directly display the hardness value.
