I. Product Overview 

This equipment is used for ball impact tests on sports venue lighting fixtures. The ball shooting device adopts a wheel-driven ball shooting design. By adjusting the distance between the wheels, it can be compatible with multiple balls of different diameters. The shooting angle can be freely adjusted by operating the hand-cranked adjustment handle. An infrared sight is configured to assist in aiming at the lighting fixtures. The lighting fixture clamping adopts a gantry lifting type. When clamping the lighting fixture is needed, it can be lowered to a convenient operating height. After installation, it can be lifted to the test height. 

II. Function Analysis 

1. Ball Ejection: The ball ejection mechanism adopts a wheel-driven method. The structure consists of two wheels and a motor. The motor rotates to drive the active wheel, providing the power source. Place the ball on the push-pull fixture and manually push the fixture between the two wheels to eject the ball.

2. Ball Compatibility: The compatibility with balls of different diameters is achieved by adjusting the distance between the driving wheels. By operating the hand-crank handle, the distance between the two wheels can be adjusted to fit balls of different diameters, ensuring compatibility.

3. Ejection Angle Adjustment: The ball ejection device is installed on a platform that can be rotated freely. The platform has a function for freely adjusting the angle. By hand-cranking, the platform can be adjusted to any angle to meet the requirements of shooting at different angles.

4. Impact Speed Detection: High-speed sensors are installed at the ejection point and the impact point. They can detect when the ball leaves the ejection point and reaches the impact point, and simultaneously send this signal to the system. The time it takes for the ball to travel from the ejection point to the impact point is used as the basis to calculate the ball's impact speed, which is then displayed on the touch screen. 

5. Impact speed adjustment: The rotational speed of the driving wheels can be adjusted through the touch screen to change the speed of the ball's impact.

6. Auxiliary aiming: The launching platform is equipped with an infrared aiming device to assist in aiming at the impact point of the lamp.

7. Lamp fixture: The lamp support frame adopts a gantry electric lifting type. The gantry frame's crossbeam descends to the appropriate installation height, and the lamp is installed on the installation plate of the crossbeam. Then, by clicking the touch screen, the lamp can be automatically lifted to the pre-set test height.

8. Ball collection: A ball guide channel and collection bucket are configured under the lamp fixture gantry frame. The impacted ball drops into the guide channel and flows into the collection bucket. When the collection bucket is full, the balls inside need to be manually removed.

9. Impact count: The operator presets the number of impacts. When the ball impacts the lamp for the set number of times, the device will sound an alarm and stop.
