Product Overview
This testing machine is designed in accordance with the vertical vibration test standards for bicycle frames. After the bicycle frame is fixed on the fixture of this testing machine, it is subjected to fatigue loading with a certain frequency, load and test cycle. Standards: JIS D9401 5.0 GB17761
As shown in Figure 1, fix the frame on the vibration test machine. The axles of the front and rear wheels should be horizontal. If the frame uses wheels with different diameters for the front and rear, the contact points of the wheels should be horizontal. Then, conduct the vertical up and down vibration test under the test conditions shown in Table 2. There should be no damage, obvious deformation or loosening in any part of the frame.
For the frame test piece equipped with a saddle tube, the saddle tube should be fixed at the assembly limit mark. A saddle-shaped load seat should be installed at the saddle position, and circular weights should be installed on the left and right suspension rods respectively. The total weight of the load seat, suspension rods and weights is the load weight. The center position 20mm from the top of the saddle tube load should be clamped with a fixture, and the load of the middle shaft should be fixed on both sides. The load of the front tube should be fixed with a tightening nut. The vibration frequency can be selected arbitrarily between 6.6 and 10Hz, but the resonance frequency should be avoided.
