Function Description
The smoking device resistance, flow rate, and air tightness testing machine is a specialized equipment developed for various components with sealing requirements. It adopts precise flow meters, air tightness testers, precise suction modules, and PLC control technology. Through manual feeding, it tests the flow rate, suction resistance, smoke, and air tightness of smoking devices, achieving high-precision flow rate, suction resistance, smoke concentration, and air tightness tests. The specific operation steps are as follows: manually place the material into the positioning fixture, press the start button, the lower pressure mechanism moves down, and the product is suctioned by the suction pump to obtain the flow rate, suction resistance, smoke concentration, and air tightness of the product.
Function Description
After scanning the tobacco product, place it in the positioning fixture. The positioning fixture uses an O-ring to seal the area above the air intake. Connect a connector to the precision flowmeter D07BM (Qixing Huachuang) MFM. This flowmeter only shows the flow rate.
The compression module is used to press down the smoking device. It is sealed with an O-ring. There is a suction clearance at the top, which allows the suction module to draw air smoothly. It is connected to a three-way valve, one end of which is connected to a pressure transmitter and the other end to a precision flowmeter D07B (Qixing Huachuang) MFC. This flowmeter can control the suction of the vacuum pump.
A pressure transmitter is connected at one point, and the vacuum pump is at the rear end of the precision flowmeter D07B (Qixing Huachuang) MFC.
When the vacuum pump performs suction actions (with adjustable speed), when a certain number of suction cycles are completed at the set suction speed, the precision flowmeter D07BM (Qixing Huachuang) MFM at the intake port and the flowmeter D07B (Qixing Huachuang) MFC at the suction port will display the flow values of intake and suction respectively, and the pressure transmitter will show the suction resistance value of the smoking device.
If the upward and downward flow values and pressure values are consistent, it is an OK product.
If the flow and pressure values at the top and bottom are inconsistent (the flow meter value near the suction is greater than that at the air intake), it can be determined that there is a gas leak at the charging port or the indicator light.
