The sensor touch screen digital display BrinellRockwell and Vickers hardness tester, as an automatic hardness tester, features a novel appearance, comprehensive functions, and convenient operation. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, ensuring high precision of the test force, excellent repeatability and stability of the readings, and is highly operable and repeatable. It is also fully functional and has a clear and intuitive display. It uses an automatic loading and unloading system for the test force and can perform Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness tests. It is a multi-functional hardness tester with 32 measurement scales, capable of meeting various hardness testing requirements. The measurement device uses a grating sensor, and the hardness value is directly displayed on the LCD screen. It can automatically convert various hardness parameters. When testing cylindrical objects, it can automatically add correction values. It has high testing accuracy, is simple to operate, highly sensitive, and easy to use, with stable readings. It is equipped with an internal printer and can be connected to a computer via an RS232 data cable in terminal mode or export measurement reports to a USB drive. The large-screen LCD touch screen display interface is rich in content and easy to operate.

Main features of the instrument:

1. The optical system not only provides clear images but can also be used as a simple microscope. The brightness is adjustable, providing a comfortable visual experience and reducing fatigue during long-term operation.

2. The 8-inch LCD touch screen can directly display hardness values, conversions, test methods, test force, brightness, holding time, measurement count, statistics, and test time, making the test process clear and understandable.

3. The system has a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment to correct input errors.

4. When testing curved surfaces, it automatically corrects according to the standard radius of the curved surface.

5. The adjustable range of the optical system's brightness is 0-100.

6. It can store 100 sets of test data, allowing for real-time viewing, deletion of current data, or clearing all test data.

7. The test force unit can be manually selected and converted, with conversion units of (Kgf, N).

8. It can simultaneously display: maximum value, minimum value, average value, test count, and test block name (test block number can be input).

9. The main interface can simultaneously display 4 conversion scales and can switch between 21 measurement scales: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength), MPa (pressure).

10. It has a diagonal length memory function. After shutdown, the diagonal length is automatically remembered, and measurement can be directly performed upon startup without the need for a second zeroing.

11. It can set upper and lower limit measurement ranges, which are displayed on the main measurement interface, and automatically prompt an alarm for non-conforming values.

12. The operating system supports 13 languages and can be freely switched: Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese.
