DR-HBRV-187.5 Electric Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers Hardness Tester

The HBRV-187.5 Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness tester is a multi-purpose and multi-functional hardness tester that features three testing methods - Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers - and seven test forces. It can meet the diverse hardness testing requirements of users. After manual application of the initial test force, the application, holding and release of the total test force are automatically completed. 

Main features of the instrument:

1. The optical system not only provides clear images but can also be used as a simple microscope. The brightness is adjustable, offering a comfortable visual experience and reducing fatigue even after long periods of operation.

2. It supports three testing methods: Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers, with seven levels of testing force, meeting various hardness testing requirements.

3. The casting shell is formed in one piece, ensuring stable structure without deformation. It is coated with pure white automotive paint, which is of high grade, has strong scratch resistance, and remains as bright as new even after years of use.

4. The machine offers lifetime service for parts replacement and maintenance upgrades. 

Main uses and application scope of the instrument:

1. Measuring Brinell, Vickers and Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and cemented carbides;

2. Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys;

3. Rockwell hardness of quenched, tempered and other heat-treated materials;

4. Vickers hardness of nitrided layers, ceramics, thin plates, metal sheets, electroplated layers and small parts.
