This product is designed in accordance with QB/T 2920-2007. It uses the friction between the test drum and the wheels of the wheel wear testing machine, applies a certain load, and measures the wheel diameter after continuous travel for a specified distance to calculate the wheel wear. It is mainly used to test the wear resistance of the wheel materials and whether the overall structure of luggage, suitcases, travel cases... etc. has worn or deformed. The test results can be used as a reference for improvement.
Function Description of Wheel Abrasion Testing Machine
The wheel abrasion testing machine is used to test the friction between the cement drum and the running wheel. By applying a certain load, the running wheel is made to travel a specified distance continuously. After that, the diameter of the running wheel is measured to calculate the abrasion amount. The control device can adjust the speed, set the total travel distance, and the pause time during the working travel. It also has a memory function.
Main functions of the wheel wear resistance testing machine
1) Long-distance travel test: The running time and mileage can be set. The machine will stop when the preset time or mileage is reached.
2) Dynamic test: The forward and reverse rotation of the drum can be set, as well as the dwell time for forward and reverse rotation. Up to 9,999 cycles can be performed.
3) Abrasion test: The abrasion of the drum over a long period of time is detected by the driving of the abrasive cloth surface drum.
4) The tire is placed on the grinding wheel at a 15-degree angle to the center line of the grinding wheel, and the grinding wheel is driven to rotate a certain number of turns to inspect the abrasion of the wheel.
