The HMPB-2 semi-automatic metallographic specimen grinding and polishing machine adopts a touch screen and is equipped with an electric grinding and polishing head. It can simultaneously grind and polish four samples at one time. It features smooth rotation, hands-free operation, low noise, convenient operation, and high working efficiency. The rotational speed of the grinding and polishing disc can be adjusted infinitely between 50 and 1000 r/min. By replacing metallographic sandpaper and polishing cloth, the grinding and polishing processes of the specimens can be completed, demonstrating a wide range of applications. The bottom shell is made of integral vacuum forming, with a novel appearance and comes with a built-in cooling device, which can cool the specimens during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating.
