Metallographic sample mounting is a very important step in the metallographic sample preparation process, especially suitable for some small and hard-to-hold samples or samples with irregular shapes. After mounting, the external dimensions are fixed and unified, making it easier to hold by hand or for subsequent fully automatic grinding and polishing (it can be used in conjunction with our company's fully automatic grinding and polishing machine for better results.) 。 When the product cannot be formed at high temperatures, a high-pressure cold embedding machine is required. The high-pressure cold embedding machine is designed with high-pressure technology, with a maximum pressure of up to 2 bar. It can ensure that the cold-embedded samples fully expel air bubbles during the curing process, guaranteeing the rapid curing of the cold-embedded resin while completely not affecting the physical and chemical properties of the mixture of the cold-embedded resin and the curing agent. Therefore, it can be used for the rapid curing of all cold-embedded resins and the production of high-quality samples.
