The DR-PCHBS-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester can be easily operated with just a touch tablet computer, allowing for effortless measurement. All the parameters required for the test can be directly selected, modified, and analyzed on the computer. By connecting to the CCD measurement and acquisition system, clear dynamic images of the indentation can be displayed in real time on the PC, and the hardness value can be automatically measured by locking the indentation, with test data automatically saved and reports generated. The operation is very simple and fast, eliminating human measurement errors. With the tablet computer as the platform, more application functions can be expanded through the Internet, and external devices such as displays and printers can also be connected.
The hardness tester machine software system adopts computer intelligent programming and uses photoelectric sensing technology. By independently selecting test conditions, it can display the test method, upper and lower limit range, indentation length, hardness value, conversion value, test force, holding time, measurement times, and input year, month, and date on a 5.6-inch touch multi-functional display screen. It can also output measurement data through an internal printer or connect to a computer via a data interface. The optical system uses high-magnification LED optical measurement, with high image clarity and adjustable brightness, which is not easy to cause fatigue during long-term operation. The hardware system adopts advanced electronic sensor loading technology. Through a closed-loop control system, the CPU controls the sensor to collect signals, and the stepping motor automatically loads and unloads the test force, and can automatically compensate for the test force to ensure more accurate force values and more stable readings. It is also equipped with an emergency stop device, meeting the EU CE standard. It has a user-friendly operation and is more reliable and stable.
