Introduction 

The Rockwell hardness testing method was initially proposed by Americans S. P. Rockwell and H. M. Rockwell in 1914. Rockwell hardness is an indicator determined by the depth of plastic deformation of the indentation, with 0.002 millimeters as one hardness unit. In Rockwell hardness tests, different indenter types and test forces are used, resulting in different groups and corresponding to different Rockwell hardness scales. There are three commonly used scales, which cover almost all commonly used metal materials. 

The DR-CHRTS-150TS series of convex-nose Rockwell hardness testers is a brand-new generation of high-tech intelligent products. It can test the hardness of the inner surfaces of ring-shaped, tubular, and frame-like parts, as well as the bottom surfaces of protruding parts. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, ensuring high precision of the test force, excellent repeatability and stability of the readings. The shell is treated with automotive paint, presenting a novel design. It features good reliability, operability, and repeatability, and is fully functional with one-button operation, automatic measurement, and clear and intuitive display. It automatically applies and releases the main test force, enabling hardness testing across the entire Rockwell scale series. 

Main functions and features 

1.The 8-inch LCD touch screen can directly display the hardness value, converted hardness, test method, test force, brightness, initial test force holding time, total test force holding time, elastic recovery time, measurement times, statistical data, test time and other test process information clearly and intuitively. 

2. It can test the hardness of the inner surfaces of ring-shaped, tubular, and frame-like parts, as well as the bottom surfaces of boss-like parts. 

3. It can display the real-time force value and indentation depth curve. 

4. The system is equipped with a built-in calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range from 80% to 120%, or calibrate the instrument separately for low and high values. 

5.When testing curved surfaces, automatic correction is made according to the standard radius of the curved surface. 

6.It can store 100 groups of test data. You can view the test data at any time, and also delete the current data or clear all the test data. 

7. The test force units can be converted to each other. The conversion units are: (Kgf, N) 

8. It can simultaneously display: maximum value, minimum value, average value, test times, and product name. 

9.The main interface can simultaneously display 4 conversion scales and can be switched among: National Standard (GB), American Standard (ASTM), and International (ISO) standards. A total of 20 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength). 

10. The screen sleep time can be set, and the device will automatically enter sleep mode after a long period of inactivity, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. 

11. The upper and lower limit measurement range can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface. An alarm will be automatically triggered for unqualified values. 

The operating system supports 14 languages and can be switched freely: Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, 

Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese 

The built-in printer can print data in real time, and a USB interface can also be optionally configured to output data to a USB flash drive for storage and analysis. 

12. High-precision grating displacement sensors ensure accurate measurement; 

13.The maximum test height can reach 300mm, meeting the testing requirements of more products. 

14. The shell is cast in one piece, with a stable structure that does not deform, allowing it to operate in harsh environments. The automotive paint grade is high and has strong scratch resistance.
