Description

The automatic drill machine control system for rackets adopts a 5-axis computer control system. The control system can directly import the drilling dimensions of the racket. Each type of racket can have a processing document created. When changing the processed product, there is no need to change the mold; only the processing document needs to be replaced to meet the current processing requirements of the racket. The racket clamping fixture developed by our company is simple to operate and has good positioning. It only takes 1-2 seconds to complete the clamping action by placing the racket into the fixture. One machine can process 5 beach rackets simultaneously, and one worker can operate 3-4 machines, which can save a lot of labor. The drilling motor uses a high-speed motor with a maximum speed of up to 24,000 rpm to ensure that there are no burrs in the inner holes of the racket. The downward speed of the drill bit is automatically adjusted by the controller. When the drill bit is close to the racket, the speed slows down to ensure that the racket surface does not lose paint or water marks. Once the drill bit head enters the racket, the speed increases to improve the drilling efficiency.
