Description

The frame horizontal fatigue testing machine is mainly used to simulate the dynamic loads in the horizontal direction that bicycle and electric bicycle frames bear during actual use. Through cyclic loading, it tests the fatigue life and structural stability of the frames. The equipment is usually designed based on international standards such as ISO 4210 and EN 14781, supporting the fixation and dynamic loading of key parts such as the front fork and rear dropouts of the frame, and monitoring the deformation in real time. It automatically stops when the limit is exceeded. This machine is specifically designed for fatigue resistance testing of bicycle frames. It can test all types of frames as per the EN 15194 pedal fatigue test for bicycles and ISO 4210-6.4.4 for electric bicycles.

Designed in accordance with the testing standards of nine countries including CNS, JIS, DIN, NF, ISO, CPSC, CSA, AS and BS, EN 15194 electric bicycles, ISO4210, EN14781 road racing bikes, EN14766 mountain bikes and EN14764 city bikes.

Stability: Steel frame + solid base (such as Zhengjie ZJ-8021), equipped with adjustable leveling feet and reinforcing ribs to minimize vibration interference.

Adjustable Jaws: Manual or electric adjustment of the distance between the front and rear wheels (800~1200mm) to accommodate different frame sizes.
