DR-W-B75/B Series Vickers Hardness Tester

The DR-W-B75/B type Vickers hardness tester is a portable hardness tester that can be operated with one hand. It is suitable for on-site rapid hardness testing of materials such as soft brass. The test is quick and simple, with the hardness value directly readable after one clamping. 

Main functions and features: 

1.The Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing profiles, tubes and plates. It is especially suitable for conducting rapid and non-destructive qualification checks on product hardness at production sites, sales sites or construction sites. ；

2. The standard hardness blocks have been tested by the standard hardness tester. 

3. The Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness values and tensile strength values can be converted from the韦氏 hardness value. 

Note: "Vickers hardness value" is translated as "Webster's hardness value" as it seems to be a specific type of hardness measurement not commonly known 

Main uses and application scope: 

1.Determine whether the workpiece has undergone heat treatment and inspect the effect of the heat treatment. 

2. Determine whether the workpiece is made of an inappropriate alloy. 

3. Test long or heavy workpieces or assemblies that are inconvenient to be sent to the laboratory. 

4. For production inspection, acceptance inspection and quality supervision inspection

1. Range: 0 - 20 HW

2. Accuracy: 0.5 HW 

3. Measuring range: equivalent to Rockwell hardness 63 to 105 HRF;
