Product Overview
The machine uses compressed air as the launching power to simulate the situation where a pickleball is hit at high speed by a racket. After receiving a hitting speed and bouncing back, it tests the rebound speed of the ball.
After multiple trials, the COR value of the racket was calculated.
Technical Parameters
1.PLC with touch screen control
2. Striking the ball: Pickleball
3.The maximum ejection speed can reach 50 to 140 miles per hour.
4. The accuracy of the artillery fire display is 0.01 miles per hour.
5.The first set of speed sensing devices is located 30.48 cm in front of the impact plate, and the second set of sensing devices is set 30.48 cm further away.
6. Set the launch speed
7. Test the hitting speed, rebound speed, and automatically calculate the COR value.
8.Two sets of single-chip microcomputer tachometers
9. Two sets of high-speed optical fiber speed sensors
10. Strike method: Manual ball entry single strike
11. Test the space volume of the steel frame. The internal volume is 180*180*200 (L*W*H) cm.
12. One badminton racket and one Peak racket fixture for clamping each.
The racket, (using counterweights for loading, simulating the force exerted by a human hand, when the ball hits the racket,
Can swing naturally backward)
13. Install a scale indicator plate on the side of the racket.
14. Weight (approx.): 780 kg
15. Power supply: AC 220V 5A, Air pressure source: 6kg/cm²
