The digital automatic turret Vickers hardness tester can meet the basic requirements of Vickers hardness testing. The upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece can directly read the measurement length, enabling faster and more accurate measurement results. The upgraded turret can automatically switch between eyepieces and indenters, avoiding instrument damage caused by human error and significantly improving efficiency. It features a 7-inch LCD touch screen that provides more measurement data.

Main functions and features:

1. The optical system designed by optical engineers not only offers clear images but can also be used as a simple microscope. The brightness is adjustable, providing comfortable vision and reducing fatigue during long-term operation.

2. The 7-inch touch screen can display the test method, test force, upper and lower limits of hardness values, measured indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measurement count, and can input year, month, and date. It also shows test results and data processing.

3. The system has a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of input error for each test force level to calibrate the instrument.

4. The adjustable range of the optical system's brightness is 0-100.

5. It can store up to 100 sets of test data, displaying the average value and test count on the main interface.

6. The test force unit can be manually selected and converted, with conversion units of (Kgf, N).

7. The main interface can simultaneously display four conversion scales and can be switched between: national standards, American standards, and international standards. A total of 18 measurement scales can be converted: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HV, HK, HBW.

8. Both objectives can directly measure hardness.

9. It has a diagonal length memory function. After shutdown, the diagonal length is automatically remembered, and measurement can be done directly upon startup without the need for a second zeroing.

10. The measurement scale can be converted to HK Knoop hardness.

11. Test data can be directly exported via USB.

12. Upper and lower limit measurement ranges can be set and displayed on the main measurement interface.

13. The operating system can be switched between Chinese and English.

14. An optional built-in printer is available, and test data can also be output to a USB flash drive for storage and analysis via USB.

15. The HSVT-50Z model can directly confirm the hardness value based on the measured length.

16. The HVST-50Z model can automatically switch between observation, testing, and measurement positions using the automatic turret.

17. The cast aluminum shell is formed in one piece, ensuring stable structure without deformation. It features pure white automotive paint, high grade, strong scratch resistance, and remains as bright as new even after years of use.
