DR-HQG-80 Metallographic Specimen Cutting Machine

I. Product Overview 

In the process of preparing metallographic specimens, the cutting of specimen materials is the first important step. The DR-HQG-80 cutting machine can be used to cut general metallographic and petrographic materials. To ensure that specimens can be cut safely, this machine adopts a fully enclosed double-shield structure and is equipped with a cooling water tank, which enables the prepared cooling liquid to be recycled. To extend the service life of the equipment and facilitate operation and maintenance, the main components of this machine, such as the inner shield, grinding wheel shaft sleeve, clamp, and worktable surface, are all made of corrosion-resistant materials. 

II. Main Functions and Features

1. The main components such as the shaft sleeve and the worktable surface are all made of corrosion-resistant materials.

2. The worktable and motor mounting frame are made of aluminum alloy in one piece, with a sandblasted surface, which is both beautiful and durable.

3. The workpiece is fixed with a quick fixture, which is convenient and fast (optional).

4. The overall mechanism rotates smoothly with low noise. 

5. The perspective view is made of impact-resistant transparent PC board.

6. Waterproof LED lights are used for illumination, facilitating the observation of the entire cutting process.

7. It is equipped with a cooling device and a water tank, allowing the coolant to be recycled.

8. The maximum cutting diameter is 80mm.
