DR-HQG-60SY Metallographic Specimen Cutting Machine

I. Product Overview 

The DR-HQG-60SY manual cutting machine uses a Y-axis module handwheel for feed cutting, which is convenient and effortless to operate. To ensure that samples can be cut safely, it adopts a fully enclosed structure. The safety shield of the cutting chamber is equipped with a transparent observation window, allowing users to observe the entire cutting process of the sample. It is also equipped with an LED lighting system to effectively illuminate the entire cutting chamber. A circulating cooling system is provided to ensure that the surface of the cut sample is bright, smooth, and free from burn marks. It is suitable for cutting samples of various metal and non-metal materials for observing the microstructure of materials. It features convenient operation during the cutting process, low noise, simplicity, and safety and reliability. It is one of the essential equipment for sample preparation in laboratories.

II. Main Functions and Features 

1.The main components such as the shaft sleeve and the worktable surface are all made of corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life. 

2.The workbench and motor mounting frame are firmly fixed and stable. Their surfaces are treated with sandblasting, making them both aesthetically pleasing and durable. 

3. The workpiece is fixed by a quick fixture, which is convenient, fast, safe and reliable (optional) 

4. The overall mechanism rotates smoothly, with low noise and a long service life. 

5. The perspective view adopts impact-resistant transparent PC board, which is safe and reliable. 

6. Waterproof LED lights are adopted for illumination, facilitating the observation of the entire cutting process. 

7. Equipped with a cooling device and water tank, the coolant can be recycled for use, which is economical and efficient.

8. The maximum cutting diameter is 60mm.
