The DR-HQG-200B low-speed precision cutting machine is suitable for cutting small, soft, brittle, and irregularly shaped metal materials, composite materials, plastics, electronic components, biological materials, ceramics, cement, rock and mineral materials, etc. It is also often used for preparing thin section samples. This machine uses a weight block to apply gravitational force for direct cutting, and it automatically stops after the cutting is completed. It is equipped with a micrometer device to adjust the thickness of the sample being cut. It is controlled by a touch screen, which is clear and allows for control of the cutting wheel's rotational speed. To prevent the sample from being burned due to overheating during cutting, the machine is equipped with a movable coolant tank. During the cutting process, the diamond cutting wheel rotates and brings out the coolant water, cooling both the cutting wheel and the sample material. The surface of the cut sample is bright, smooth, and free from burn marks.
