DR-HMP-2A Automatic Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machine

The DR-HMP-2A is a double-disc fully automatic grinding and polishing machine that integrates pre-grinding, grinding and polishing. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer through a touch screen. The grinding and polishing discs are driven by DC brushless motors and transmitted by V-belts. The grinding head is driven by a stepping motor and transmitted by a synchronous belt. It features smooth rotation and low noise. Users can adjust the speeds of the grinding head and grinding and polishing discs, set pressure and sample preparation time as needed, to meet different requirements. It is equipped with a built-in lighting system for convenient sample placement and removal, and a cooling device to cool the sample during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating. It is an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation in factories, research institutions and university laboratories. 

1. The base is cast in one piece from aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, has good shock absorption, and is corrosion-resistant.

2. The shell is made of ABS plastic and formed in one piece, with a novel appearance and corrosion resistance.

After the sample is placed on the clamping plate, click the start button, and the press head will automatically press down, the grinding head and grinding plate will automatically run, and the faucet will automatically release water. After grinding and polishing are completed, the faucet will automatically close.
