DR-HMP-1A Automatic Metallographic Specimen Grinding and Polishing Machine

DR-HMP-1A is a single-disc fully automatic grinding and polishing machine that integrates pre-grinding, grinding and polishing. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer through a touch screen. The grinding and polishing disc is driven by a DC brushless motor and transmitted by a V-belt. The grinding head is driven by a stepping motor and transmitted by a synchronous belt. It features smooth rotation, low noise and long service life. Users can adjust the rotational speed of the grinding head and grinding and polishing disc, set the pressure and the sample preparation time as needed to meet different requirements. It is equipped with a built-in lighting system for convenient sample placement and removal. It also has a built-in cooling device to cool the sample during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating. It is an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment in factories, research institutions and university laboratories. 

1. The base is cast in one piece from aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, has good shock absorption and is corrosion-resistant.

2. The shell is made of ABS plastic injection molding in one piece, with a novel appearance and corrosion resistance.

3. The faucet is made of full copper with chrome plating, which has good corrosion resistance.

4. It is controlled and displayed by a touch screen, which is easy to operate and clear and intuitive.

5. It has an automatic start function. After the sample is placed on the holding plate, click the start button, and the press head will automatically press down, the grinding head and grinding plate will automatically run, and the faucet will automatically release water. After grinding and polishing are completed, the faucet will automatically close.

6. It has the functions of timing, speed control and pressure control.

7. The built-in nozzle and dirt collection tray can be automatically cleaned.

8. It supports stepless speed control or four-speed control mode, making speed adjustment more convenient.

9. The grinding head is automatically locked by electromagnetic clutch, which is fast and convenient. (Optional)

10. It supports single or linked start of the grinding and polishing plate and grinding and polishing head, making it more flexible to use.

11. It can store more than 10 sets of grinding and polishing process parameters, which is convenient for quick access.
