Description

The electronic Brinell hardness tester DR-HBE-3000A eliminates the original weight loading and adopts a closed-loop control system with a single-chip microcomputer for control, sensors for signal collection, and a stepping motor for force application. This ensures more accurate force values and more stable readings. It features excellent operability and user-friendliness, offering high cost performance. It is widely used in factory workshops, colleges and universities, research institutions, laboratories, etc. 

Main functions and features: 

1.Equipped with sensors and a microcomputer control system, the test results are accurate and stable. 

2. It is equipped with a 10-level test force, enabling a wider range of tests. 

3. Equipped with high-performance stepping motors for automatic loading and unloading, the noise generated during the testing process is significantly reduced. 

4. The shell is cast in one piece, with a stable structure that does not deform, and can operate in relatively harsh environments. 

5. The surface is treated with automotive paint baking process, which has strong scratch resistance and remains as bright as new even after years of use. 

6. This machine can be optionally equipped with Brinell image measurement software, which greatly improves work efficiency.
