The DR-W-20 series Vickers hardness tester for aluminum alloys (also known as the pliers-type hardness tester) is a portable instrument that can quickly test the hardness of aluminum alloys on-site. The test is rapid, simple, and can be completed with just one clamping. The hardness value can be directly read. It complies with the Chinese non-ferrous metal standard YS/T420 and the American standard ASTM B647, and is one of the two instruments recommended by the standard YS/T420.
Main functions and features:
1.The aluminum alloy Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing aluminum alloy profiles, tubes and plates. It is especially suitable for conducting rapid and non-destructive qualification checks on product hardness at production sites, sales sites or construction sites. ；
2. The standard hardness blocks have been tested by a standard hardness tester and are accompanied by a test report.
3. The Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness values and tensile strength values can be converted from the Webster's hardness value.
