I. Equipment Introduction:
This oil injection machine is specially developed for e-cigarette oil injection. It adopts a stepping motor and PLC control. Through the suction of the metering pump, it achieves high-precision quantitative oil injection. The positioning is carried out through the programmed movement of the tray and the oil injection head base. The equipment features high oil injection accuracy, fast efficiency, and simple operation.
Each head can be independently controlled for precision.
The pump head body part is made of 316 stainless steel, the plunger rod is made of ceramic, and all parts in contact with the e-liquid are made of food-grade materials, causing no pollution to the e-liquid at all.
