Function Overview
This machine consists of three major parts: the electronic cigarette adjustment ring clamping mechanism, the turntable rotation mechanism, and the control system.
1) Electronic cigarette adjustment ring finger clamping mechanism: This mechanism consists of a finger clamping cylinder and a shaped finger, which is used to clamp the electronic cigarette adjustment ring.
2) Rotating disk mechanism: This mechanism consists of a rotating motor, a turntable and an electronic cigarette profiling mechanism. It is used to rotate the electronic cigarette.
3) Control system: Composed of electrical components such as a touch screen, a rotary motor, and a pressure sensor, it is used to read the torque of the electronic cigarette adjustment ring.
Action process
Place the electronic cigarette into the shaped fixture on the turntable, and it will be positioned. Set the appropriate rotation angle of the turntable on the touch screen.
Press the start button, the fingers of the cylinder will clamp tightly, and the profiling fingers will clamp the adjustment ring of the e-cigarette.
When the profiling fingers clamp the adjustment ring of the electronic cigarette, the turntable rotates around the axis of the adjustment ring of the electronic cigarette, and the torque sensor transmits the data in real time to the touch screen.
