I. Product Overview
The vibration polishing machine adopts a high-frequency and micro-vibration method to perform light and fine polishing on the surface layer of the sample, minimizing mechanical stress during the polishing process. It is suitable for preparing high-quality polished surfaces on various materials, including applications in electron backscatter diffraction analysis (EBSD). Unlike traditional vibration polishing machines, this machine generates left and right vibrations through a spring plate and magnetic attraction motor. Due to the angle between the spring plate and the vibration plate, the sample can perform circular motion within the polishing plate. This structure can generate almost completely horizontal vibrations, increasing the contact time of the sample with the polishing cloth during the polishing process. It does not cause additional damage or deformation layers to the sample during the polishing process and can effectively remove and avoid defects such as protrusions, inclusions, and plastic flow. The machine has a novel and aesthetically pleasing appearance, is easy to operate, and the vibration frequency and voltage can automatically adapt to the vibration intensity. Multiple samples can be placed at once, and it does not require personnel to be present. After the user sets the parameters, they can leave and wait for the samples to complete the vibration polishing automatically.
