Description

The front fork vibration and impact testing machine is mainly used to simulate the fatigue performance test of the front fork of bicycles, electric bikes and other vehicles under horizontal vibration and impact loads. By setting specific frequencies, amplitudes and impact forces, it detects the deformation, fracture and other failure conditions of the front fork after repeated vibration or impact. It is suitable for R&D, quality inspection and production verification stages. The core functions include multi-directional vibration control, impact force adjustment and automatic shutdown protection.


In accordance with the standards: EN14764:2005, ISO4210-2014, and GB 17761-2018, this machine is specifically designed for fatigue and impact damage testing of bicycle front fork springs. The front fork is fixed on the testing machine and subjected to a certain frequency, force, and impact to observe the damage conditions of the front fork, such as deformation and fracture.
