Description

This machine is designed for fatigue testing of bicycle frames. It can test all types of bicycle frames for pedal fatigue in accordance with EN 15194 for electric bicycles and ISO4210-6.4.5. The reference standards include EN 15194, ISO4210, EN1478, EN14766, EN14764. It is designed in accordance with the testing standards of nine countries: CNS, JIS, DIN, NF, ISO, CPSC, CSA, AS, and BS.

Installation and Environmental Requirements


To ensure test accuracy and equipment lifespan, please ensure that the installation environment meets the following conditions: 

The ground should be flat, solid and free of vibration. A reinforced concrete foundation is recommended, with a thickness of no less than 300 mm and a bearing capacity of no less than twice the weight of the equipment. 

Space: Reserve an operation space of ≥ 1.5 m around the main unit, and ensure there is a heat dissipation space near the control cabinet. 

Power supply: Stable power supply, voltage fluctuation ≤ ±5%, grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω. 

Ambient temperature: 10℃ to 35℃. 

Humidity: ≤ 85% RH, no condensation. 

Hydraulic source (electro-hydraulic servo type): It should be placed in an adjacent room or sound insulation measures should be taken. The length of the oil pipe should be no more than 10 meters.
