Description

This machine is used to simulate the riding environment test of electric bicycles. The assembled finished vehicle is placed on the machine platform, the weights are fixed according to the standard, the safety devices are adjusted, and after the relevant parameters are set on the computer, the computer automatically executes the test.

- Motor and Transmission System: Motor power range 0~1500W (accuracy ±0.5% FS), torque measurement 0~100Nm (±0.3% FS), supports scenarios such as uphill (≤30% slope), acceleration (0~50km/h).

2. Range and Energy Efficiency Analysis: Battery capacity test (accuracy ±0.1Ah), range calculation (based on NEDC cycle), energy consumption analysis (Wh/km).

Braking and Safety Testing

- Braking Efficiency Inspection: Braking distance measurement (0~30m, accuracy ±0.01m), braking force distribution error ≤±3%, supports dry and wet road surface simulation (friction coefficient μ=0.1~0.8).

3. Structural Strength Verification: Frame/fork fatigue test (≥500,000 cycles), load range 0~200kg (dynamic ±1kg).

Environmental Adaptability Testing (Optional)

- Temperature and Humidity with Corrosion: Temperature range -30℃~+60℃ (accuracy ±1℃), humidity 10%~95% RH, salt spray test (ASTM B117) to verify the corrosion resistance of metal parts.

4. Vibration and Shock: Simulate bumpy roads (frequency 1~50Hz), test the reliability of battery and motor connection parts.

Intelligent Data Management

- Multi-source Data Synchronization: Real-time collection of parameters such as speed, voltage, current, and temperature, supports CAN bus and Bluetooth/WiFi data transmission.
