Product Overview
This testing machine assesses the fatigue life and performance of couplings by simulating various dynamic loads they endure under different operating conditions, such as alternating torque, radial deviation, and angular deviation. The couplings are subjected to these loads repeatedly within a specified number of cycles. During the test, sensors are used to monitor parameters such as stress, strain, displacement, and torque in real time, and the data is transmitted to the control system for curve plotting.
Function Analysis
1.Fatigue life test: According to the set load spectrum and cycle count, fatigue loading tests are conducted on the coupling. First, a clockwise torque is applied to the coupling. When the torque reaches the preset value, it is immediately reversed and a counterclockwise torque is applied. This process is repeated as one cycle to determine its fatigue life under specific working conditions.
2.Operation adjustment: Turn the adjustment handle of the R-axis rotary platform by hand, and then adjust the angular deviation by observing the scale reading. For radial deviation adjustment, the corresponding special spacer needs to be replaced.
3.The angular deviation quantity is automatically read: The angular displacement can be directly read out through the encoder installed on the fixture.
