The dual-entry thermo-hygrostat is a bespoke environmental testing enclosure, engineered to facilitate the evaluation of LED-based devices. This specialized chamber accommodates a variety of LED products, including but not limited to LED chips, components, bulbs, tubes, and modules, through the utilization of diverse testing fixtures.
The operational temperature spectrum of the dual-entry thermo-hygrostat spans from -70°C to +150°C, with the capacity to achieve peak temperatures of up to 180°C. The cooling mechanism is air-based, and the temperature regulation is executed through an integrated temperature and humidity control system (BTHC) augmented with a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller. This sophisticated control system ensures precise and stable environmental conditions, critical for the accurate assessment of LED product performance.
